For the love of God people…

Before everybody turns into a Google Lawyer, can we please do it Josh said and stay patient? Instead of creating 10,000 new threads repeating the same things over and over and just being negative in an already annoying situation blah blah blah… We all know waiting until now is a scumbag move, but do you not think the University of Michigan had a worst case scenario plan just in case? Again Patience. I want to update this and see important stuff from people here that have actual Intel not just constant threads of repeated negativity so let’s just take a chill pill if you have one and relax

Football Statement from Michigan

Like all members of the Big Ten Conference, we are entitled to a fair, deliberate, and thoughtful process to determine the full set of facts before a judgment is rendered. Today’s action by Commissioner Tony Petitti disregards the Conference's own handbook, violates basic tenets of due process, and sets an untenable precedent of assessing penalties before an investigation has been completed. We are dismayed at the Commissioner's rush to judgment when there is an ongoing NCAA investigation – one in which we are fully cooperating.

Commissioner Petitti’s hasty action today suggests that this is more about reacting to pressure from other Conference members than a desire to apply the rules fairly and impartially. By taking this action at this hour, the Commissioner is personally inserting himself onto the sidelines and altering the level playing field that he is claiming to preserve. And, doing so on Veteran’s Day – a court holiday – to try to thwart the University from seeking immediate judicial relief is hardly a profile in impartiality. To ensure fairness in the process, we intend to seek a court order, together with Coach Harbaugh, preventing this disciplinary action from taking effect.

For the lawyers on the board

Given the B1G made this decision while admitting they have minimal evidence, and we have evidence that others are doing the same thing, what recourse does UM have to enforce the B1G pursue similar punishment against the other establishments?

Feels like they have to have SOME recourse here. Not just a TRO to fight the suspension, but to ensure punishment is handed out equally.

Just saw a post that someone spoke with a a MAJOR

Alabama Booster stated: The SEC is in FACT monitoring the Michigan/B1G situation. He apparently said: If things keep going south, the SEC is IN FACT making a run for Michigan and 3 other universities in other conferences. This particular booster he's known for 15 years and he doesn't blow smoke.

So the SEC is willing to do ANYTHING to get MICHIGAN should the B1G screw up.

Recruiting New FutureCast prediction: Basketball to add to 2024 class

Michigan won’t be done adding Christian Anderson and Phat Phat Brooks to its 2024 recruiting class.

With 2024 four-star wing Khani Rooths set to commit this weekend, I have placed a FutureCast prediction in for Rooths to the Wolverines.

I think this is a good addition to the 2024 class. Wing help was needed.
