A President of Football operations who's job is to handle all aspects of football. NIL, coaching hires etc. The AD can handle the other sports and collaborae with the Ono and this new person in this position. Football is to big for an AD to control along with the other sports. We need one person to focus on just Football.

Literally throwing the game away every time we pass the ball. McCarthy is completely out of sorts and they can't stop the run game so we go 75% pass in the 2nd quarter. Complelty idiotic coaching there.

Had a chance to put them away early and instead let them back in the game and gave them all the momentum.

I just don’t understand how we are not attacking seems and pockets behind linebackers.

Instead every pass, especially KEY passes are 3-6 yard outs.

Defense CANNOT simulate a charge or a start with hand movements to draw the OLine.

That should be a penalty on the defense.

They CAN shift or go up and down but CANNOT feint with their hands like that.
