Recruiting Totally willing to take the punches…

But I keep hearing good things about Michigan and Andrew Babalola.

Michigan and Stanford are out front with Oklahoma a distant third but good vibes about Michigan are present.

Perhaps it’s not well placed and I’ll totally take it on the chin if it’s wrong and the confidence is totally off-base but, man, a lot of people don’t want to see him at Stanford.

We’ll see.

QB thoughts.....

....in 2021 Cade completed 64% of his passes for 192 yds/game. Solid but far from great. What Cade did was protect that ball. Only 7 picks and 4were in 2 games.

Many have contended that Orji needs to do basically what Cade did. 60% passing 9ver 175 yds/game and don't turn it over. The bonus is Orji's ability to run.

As far as Tuttle goes people have been critical of him over his performance at Indiana.

1st of all Michigan ain't Indiana. Not one part of Indiana's offense is remotely close to Michigan's scheme or talent.

2nd after rewatching the Minnesota game from last year Tuttle was against Minnesota's 1s and ran the offense quite well for a score.

I would argue Tuttle has more weapons and MUCH better coaching than he had at Indiana and he a more than a viable option.

The point in this is we are on GREAT shape at QB regardless of who the QB is. Don't sleep on Denegal or Davis Warren either from what I'm hearing.

Baseball transfer

Collin Priest, the freshman baseball player who hit a Michigan record eight home runs, is transferring to Clemson.

From what I understand, Michigan offered a partial scholarship last year and then asked his family to pay the balance using the out-of-state tuition instead of giving them a break and using in-state pricing. I have no idea if it's some law that they have to do that, but It put quite a strain on the family, and with his outstanding performance on the field, other opportunities have presented themselves. Apparently, the athletic department has done little financially to encourage him to stay, so he'll be taking his swings at Clemson next year.

I should have more information down the road, and when I do, I'll let you know.

Of course, this is coming from his perspective, and the story always has two sides.

Kaitlin Houser is mad at Michigan fans!

The hypocrisy! Nice pass to Sainristil, btw.

"I mean, yeah," Houser said. "I have a bad experience with Michigan fans, just how bitter they are and stuff like that, and especially with Michigan State fans. So, I will not be rooting for Michigan.
