What’s a Michigan game that it looked like they were going to lose

What’s a Michigan game that it looked like they were going to lose only to see them pull it out in the end?

Jordan Poole’s buzzer beater in the second round of the ‘18 tourney is a favorite for me. I was at a BW’s for the Michigan Houston game and the place was packed but dead all game long until the end when the place went bonkers. It really looked like they were going to lose all game.

OT: Neighborhood wars......

So, we have all been part of discussions on things like whether or not a hot dog is a sandwich (which it is clearly not) or whether Die Hard is a Christmas movie (which it is clearly not) and whether it is polite to put recline your seat back on the airplane (which it is clearly not), but here is a new one. Just had a guy stroll up to the neighbors yard with his dog and he sat there with the dog for about 2 minutes waiting for him to poop on the grass in the neighbors yard and then he cleaned it up and went on his way. Is that socially acceptable behavior just because he picked it up or is it totally unacceptable and the guy should use his own yard or find a nearby park? Just curious....

Did this get discussed here yet?

Incredible - the gap between us and the 2nd best team is the same between the 2nd and the 29th.

This is percentage of offensive downs that has a turnover, loss of yards, penalty, or drop.

We watched near football perfection this year. Had our special teams not been a train wreck we would shown it against Bama too.

So blessed.

Michigan Transfer Portal Window Closed

As of midnight tonight, the 30-day window for Michigan players to enter the transfer portal after Jim Harbaugh left the program has closed.

A player may have entered the transfer portal, but it has not been announced yet. That is unlikely because of the process involved and the likelihood that it would have been leaked out.
The next portal window opens on April 15 and closes on April 30.
Grad transfers can enter the portal at any time.

Recruiting What the hire of Brian Jean-Mary could mean for U-M football in recruiting

Brian Jean-Mary returns to Michigan football as the linebackers coach under Sherrone Moore after a previous stint with the program in 2020.

Breaking down the impact Jean-Mary could have on the recruiting trail for the Wolverines:

Judge: NIL can be used to recruit

Tennessee and Virginia get a court injunction to use NIL to recruit athletes for all universities. Kinda weird how these always happen late on a Friday. 🤔

Do we want a bye?

Or would we rather be at five and have a tune-up game at home?

The obvious easy choice is "HECK YES" we want a bye. Well, I've seen a lot of sluggish Michigan teams in the postseason, as well as stumbling and bumbling after open weeks during the season.

The closest final opinion I can give is, yes, take the bye if you can get it, but the home game is not bad in our case.

Early betting lines for Michigan vs Texas, Washington, and Ohio State

Early betting lines in three of Michigan's biggest games in 2024 have them closer than many would expect, double-digit favorites on the road, and closer to Ohio State than betting odds were the last time they went to Columbus.
