Confirmed that four-star Ivan Taylor will be back in town for a visit for the Michigan State game. Was on Bama’s campus for the game this weekend.

That was tough to watch today.

The details are what's hurting Orji. Keeping it when he should be handing it off. Handing it off when the read says to keep it. Throwing behind the receiver instead of leading him on crossing patterns. Throwing a laser when he needs touch and throwing with touch when he needs a laser. Leaving too much time on the play clock when he snaps it as we are trying to bleed the clock. All are details that can be worked on and fixed. Can the staff help him do it?

At end of half when Minnesota rushed their FG team, doesn't the defense get a chance to substitute (and not do so frantically)? And is the clock supposed to keep running for this (so that clock would have run out before they attempted FG)?

Not sure whether this has been discussed.

For reference, there are 134 FBS teams. Last year, Michigan was #1 in the country in turnover margin. We ended the year +19.

Through week 5 this year, we are 119th in the country. Given that I've heard for my entire life as a fan if you lose the turnover battle you'll probably lose the game, this might be the biggest (though by no means only) factor in how poorly we're doing.

Will Johnson, Josaiah Stewart, Semaj Morgan and Greg Crippen were all listed as questionable on the availability report, but all four warmed up in full uniform.

T.J. Guy took first-team reps during warm-ups in place of Stewart.

It's a very wet day in Ann Arbor.

It’s hard to not get wrapped up emotionally in all the shortcomings despite the wins ..,a win at Washington would be fairly remarkable, but here’s hoping we pull it off.
