#1 defense OSPoo

Gave up 496 yards
32 points which should of been 34. Kick the damn extra points
5 yards per rush
10 yards per pass.

Good offenses will move the ball. Michigan giving up 27 against Washington isn't the problem. The problem is the offense scoring 17. Hopefully Tuttle can come out and sling it to get this team winning games. Illinois gave up 49 points to Purdue. Purdue in there past 4 games which were all loses scored 44 points combined. Let's hope Campbell was watching these games and can call a game to move the ball. Go Lions enjoy your Sunday folks.

Illinois thoughts

First, the 60 minute Illinois Purdue game is on BTN at 11 AM tomorrow if you want to watch/record-I’m sure it’s repeated throughout the week.

I just finally watched the Illinois BTN camp show. A few impressions:
*Bret Bielema-let’s just say bigger than ever. Horrific.
*Our game is the 100th anniversary of the stadium dedication, they will rededicate (I think), honor Red Grange, wear throw back unis. “Game been circled for a while”. Luckily few current players prob know who Grange was 😂. Talked about the narrow 2022 loss of course. Wonder if we will wear throw backs too?
*Their qb had
Oops my post was half deleted, will try to reconstruct
*Their qb had 13 TDs, 10 INTs and 34 sacks last year (and was injured so not complete season). This year just 1 INT and 14 TDs but 19 sacks. Worth noting that the INT and 7 sacks were against PSU, obviously best opponent. Bodes well for our defensive ends and line generally.
*I’m sure everyone is aware how their defense plummeted last year-they lost their 2 best players off that poor D altho some injured players are back. Most tackles being made by DBs, followed by LBs. looks like poor line play.
*starting RB Feagan did not play yesterday, injured leg in practice. Backup serviceable? Will check out when watch game.

Just a few thoughts, what are yours?

After scouring Eleven Warriors (signgate tinfoil hat)

So wherever OSU loses, I typically go on ElevenWarriors.com to enjoy the meltdown, and it was glorious. I noticed they still have weekly message board threads on Signgate. After poking around here is what they believe, and I found some of it interesting/laughable/wtf.

1. They have two main posters with "sources": Brohio and PremiumDrum.
2. They generally think this was funded by UncleT, and that there was money to Connor from the Ravens, but that was to hire Connor as a Raven's Analyst and has nothing to do with us except to show that our coaches must have known how illegal this guy was....
3. They went DEEP on B2C Housing LLC and even found that Connor paid off his house on the same day Blake Corum's Grandpa paid off his house. And that the company that helped stand it up is known to use aliases to hide breadcrumbs, and that UncleT used the same company to sign up an LLC etc. They admit that it is all circumstantial to date, and that the NCAA (according to sources) doesn't' care about it at all. I mean when presented how they do it is compelling, but also who knows what is real and what isn't.
4. They feel that the NCAA NOI is rocksolid and nails michigan on so much more including stealing practice footage.
5. Matt Weiss is not connected to the practice footage, but that is how the NCAA originally found it.
6. The two main "sources" differ widely on how damaging this will be for Michigan with Brohio saying he still thinks it will be relatively inconsequential. The other thinks we are going back to the stone age based on the evidence he has seen.
7. All their sources have gone relatively quiet and that Michigan is negotiating with the NCAA.

TLDR: They are more focused on this than we are. They admit that a lot of their angst/evidence isn't connected to the investigation. They have an incredible skill to suspend belief and they are good at ignoring key facts. They think OSU is squeeky clean and that this is the biggest cheating scandal in sports ever.

This has officially reached Qanon status...
