I also got to meet Underwood’s father, who didn’t want to say much, but that’s because he’s giving his son full autonomy when it comes to the recruiting process. He did say though that the visit last weekend for the Maryland game was to check out the team and enjoy the stadium atmosphere.
He also said that the family will mull over Underwood’s offer sheet after the season. Not sure if that means officially announcing a top list or doing so privately.
Either way, getting to the next step is the goal. We’ll see if Michigan ends up being a front runner after the fall.
