Like everybody, I buy into the hype. Really think Milton can be great. So I got to researching Joe's prep career and his three seasons as a starter are as follows:
Sophomore: 88-183, 48%
Junior: 82-178, 46%
Senior: 90-188, 48%
First year as a starter, OK. But that trend is concerning and each year has a good sample size.
Yes, yes, we hear about the strides in practice but knowing where to go and getting it there are different. If this doesn't seriously improve, it's sadly just going to be more of the same at the Michigan quarterback position.
I understand that sometimes prep stats can be misleading so I guess for the sake of discussion, what are some examples of raw, inaccurate talent that put it together to be an accurate, efficient passers?
