He has not been coaching the players all year. He continues to recruit. I don’t understand.
His absence has hurt the team.
Pure speculation—a medical condition that makes him especially vulnerable to infection so he needs isolation? The personality fit is too toxic—he can’t be on the field with the other coaches and their defensive scheme?
