wary of the coach and concerned about the program. But you know what? At the end of the day, I freaking love Michigan football. (All sports). I love driving to Ann Arbor and fondly recall tailgating, then getting to my familiar seats and seeing “friends” who only know each other by section, row and seat. Blessed to have some really fun people around me, including parents of a former player from Columbus Ohio. We have all been frustrated and sad and sort of shocked at times by what we have seen on the field. But dammit this has been a NIGHTMARE, this Covid pandemic. I am now fully vaccinated. I have a huge ugly surgery staring me in the face in May, and if it helps my rehab to think of the possibility of going back to dear ‘ol Ann Arbor town, back to MICHIGAN, back to the hole that Yost dug, Crisler paid for, Canham carpeted and Schembechler started filling up every Saturday afternoon in the fall, then hell yes: Pass me the damn koolaid and get out of my way. To me there are worse things than losing football games, and that’s not being there at all.
