Ohio WR high on Michigan despite limited contact

Columbus (Ohio) Franklin Heights three-star WR Seth Dawkins lists Michigan in his top five, despite never really talking to their staff. He has some nice offers, and I have seen Seth in-person and could definitely see him grabbing a Michigan offer down the road. 6-3, 205 and running an 11.04 100 meters on the track this spring.
