Interesting take. Most of my Michigan fans have the OPPOSITE take.
With games on the road to MSU and OSU along with PSU as well as Wisconsin and Iowa being the cross-overs on the schedule. There are five REALLY tough outs right there.
You lose the following:
Glasgow (Does he have another year?)
Rudock
Perry (WR - rumored to be heading out)
Morris is probably headed out
Green and Isaac heading out
Kerridge and Houma done
Butt may leave early
Strobel is rumored to be headed out
Morgan gone
Bolden and Ross gone
Stone gone
Wilson and Lyons gone
Rumors Marshall is gone
An insider is suggesting a mass exodus of players - most who didn't play much this year.
Regardless - winning 9 games is going to be TWICE as hard to do in 2016 than 2015 when Michigan had only three tough games.

Huh? Perry isn't going anywhere, he played a lot the whole season including vs OSU, unlike some of the older WRs like Drake Harris. There's no indication of a mass exodus at all and the ones you listed that might leave hardly played and were bench warmers (aside from the RBs, who underperformed and were benched). I do agree there are players to replace, especially at LB. Otherwise UM should be stronger at just about every position (assuming that O'Korn starts stronger than Rudock did in his first six games).

Exactly. Nevada must think he is as much of an insider for Michigan as he is for OSU. But like you stated, the majority of players that MAY be leaving this year were not impact players for the most part.
