Except that the site is absolutely humming right now. Aidan’s addition has been a godsend to us.
I have never been about the minutae of recruiting, only focusing on things I can report for sure that you all should know, having someone that can dive in and get their hands dirty has been a huge help for us.
Trevor’s growth has been absolutely amazing to watch. From where he started to where he is today, you wouldn’t be able to recognize him. I am really proud of him. How he’s been able to go out on his own and create his own sources and have his own pulse on things has been really fun to watch.
Brock continues to develop into a budding beat reporter, he’s been fantastic. What else can you say about the kid? He’s a grinder.
Dennis and Seth continue to be awesome for us as well. Both help us out a ton behind the scenes and don’t receive the credit and recognition they deserve from me. Presser audio and player database upkeep has been huge and both do that for us without much fanfare.
I’m still very much trying to get my work-life balance in check, I don’t want the pendulum to swing too far in the other direction where you’re never seeing me but my guys here deserve their time to shine and they’re certainly doing that. I’ll never overshadow their contributions. We’re a team and always will be.
Every day is a new day and I’m doing better and feeling good. My bad days are becoming few and far between and I hope it stays that way. It’s been quite an adventure since NYE. One day I will have a story to share but today is not that day.
Just wanted to give the site, and my guys, it’s flowers. We’re severely underrated in this market, in my opinion, but we’ve always had the quality over quantity approach and we have the quality in this community.
