According to Lesson on WWJ radio and 97.1 Friday morning and his early afternoon sports reports, JH was verbally offered by the Vikings on Wednesday to the tune of 12 million dollars. Per Lesson, Harbaugh went on dinner break and returned to the interview and declined the offer. Lesson indicated that he obtained this information through very good sources! Did any one else hear these reports on Friday? I found the reports interesting because Lesson is an MSU guy and it does not fit the typical 97.1 narrative of Valenti and Beard that JH was rejected by the NFL and had to return to Michigan because no else desired his services. If these sources of Lesson are correct, this changes the entire situation/perception-Harbaugh chose Michigan and not the NFL!
