...hell....I was never a football player. Can someone who has played or coached the position explain to me why it seems so difficult for DB's to turn their head back to spot the ball? Is it because they are beat by a step and so focused on running that they don't remember look back? Do they just forget technique?? I just don't understand it. I've been seeing it for years, but I don't understand why this is so hard to teach or coach. Any educated thoughts on the matter would be appreciated.

One of the announcers today commented on it and said something along the lines of if you learn to look back to the ball, you're probably going to be playing on Sundays........ TIA
