While i love getting on the opposing team as much as the next guy (or more...LOL)...as the son, nephew and cousin of Army Vets, i'd humble ASK all in attendance tomorrow to NOT BOO the opposing team as they enter the stadium or have their fight song played or lineups announced.
And for ONE GAME, lets put aside the "You Suck" chant...even if it means the Michigan BAND DOES NOT PLAY TEMPTATION. Because, well, just the playing of the song itself after 3rd down is, to say, tempting.
Those kids serving our country deserve our respect, admiration and thanks. I hope it is the athletic experience of a lifetime for them!!
And while the Michigan fan base might be among the best-behaved in the country for these things, we all could use a reminder sometimes.
