I hear all this talk about PSU being overrated, and I'm largely of the same mindset. But if I'm honest with myself, I can say that 99% of that opinion is based on my memory of the beatdown we gave to them last year.
PSU beat a lot of teams last year and scored 49 points against a decent (not elite) USC team. They have arguably the top RB in the country this year (disclosure: I have a man-crush on Saquon Barkley) and have given no indication so far this year that they have dropped off from where they were last season.
I loathe the school, but I'm trying not to underestimate them. Does everyone really believe that Arm Punt McSorley is THAT bad? I'm just curious.
