I included the more popular ones in the poll and the most played among bigger schools. Miami (OH) and Cincinnati is actually the in-state rivalry in FBS that has the most meetings (122) which is interesting being in different conferences. They are only behind Minnesota and Wisconsin (127) for most rivalry meetings in FBS history.

Others to consider for the "other" option:

Texas/Texas A&M (hiatus)
Kansas/KSU
Ole Miss/Miss State
Baylor/TCU
Utah/Utah State
Tennessee/Vanderbilt
Northwestern/Illinois
Iowa/ISU
NC State/Wake Forest
Duke/UNC
Washington/WSU
BYU/Utah
Pitt/Penn State
Virginia/VT
Stanford/USC
Arizona/ASU
Kentucky/Louisville
Colorado/CSU
Cal/UCLA
Florida/FSU
Florida/Miami

and quite a bit more especially when considering smaller conferences and FCS schools.

My favorite would probably have to be Oregon/Oregon State and I really don't know why. It's the most played in-state rivalry between power 5 teams and the overall record isn't as lopsided as one would think (64-47-10 Oregon). I've also liked Oregon State for years for no particular reason other than color scheme and a cool logo.
