I have a Yellow Lab. He's the most intense dreamer of any dog I've ever been around.
There is tail wagging crazily (assuming good dreams)
Then there is whimpering (assuming bad dreams)
Then there is muffled barking (could be good dreams, bad dreams, squirrel, mail man, etc)
Sometimes the muffled barking is accompanied with legs simulating running (that's definitely squirrel)
Tonight the tail is wagging out of control. So, at least he's having a good dream tonight.
