I think he's going to be a star as a broadcaster.

He had a ton of personality & enthusiasm from Day 1. But, I thought it was a little over the top.

I think he's settled in nicely. He still has the personality, but he is now finding his voice as an analyst & picking his spots to inject the comedy.
