And what's wrong with that? From a Florida State fan you guys got robbed. The refs were all for Ohio St.
Thats what gets me!they didn't even measure it..
You woulthey didn't even measure it..
you mean they didn't need to measure it because they placed the ball incorrectly a half yard forward on the first down marker. They didn't need to measure it. The ball started on the 25, if any part was on the 15 it's a first down.
Reasonable. Did you get the impression the refs were slightly tilted to the OSU side? I did. UM did their best to lose that game but I did notice the tilt.
RM
Of course you'd take this victory, no matter how you got it.What are you looking for Reality Man, me to say they it was a "rigged" game? Over the course of the game I saw several calls that I was happy to see for the Buckeyes way. Again, I could see the argument that in retrospect the calls overall favored the Buckeyes, but I don't see any cheating that went on through the game. For the most part one team will get more calls or will get the call in their favor at a critical moment, in any game.
It was a classic that adds to The Game's lore and will make it that much better for you when the Wolverines eventually win one- and I know it will happen sooner than later. This season however, I'll take the team's victory regardless of how it happened.
I don't think the game was anywhere close to poorly officiated but home teams have an advantage and great road teams need to overcome it. UM had plenty of changes to win and they let the refs put their thumb on the scale ever so slightly. What are you looking for Reality Man, me to say they it was a "rigged" game? Yep.I'm yet to see any fan, of any team, in any sport, say at the end of the game, "That call could have gone either way. I wish it went against my team so we would lose."
There is no doubt that Michigan outplayed the Buckeyes most of the game, but the Wolverines weren't able to put it away
They only measure extremely close MSU fourth down attemptsThats what gets me!
They should've replaced the ball then measured.
Right. They only measure extremely close MSU fourth down attempts
No ped supporters here pal.Excuse me. I thought I was on the Michigan board but this feels like the Penn State board.
They only measure extremely close MSU fourth down attempts
Whatever, if you were in our place, having several questionable flags and a questionable, costly spot and a substantial difference in penalties you'd bitch too.lol at the whining. It was not an awful spot.
Jimmy crying about it was priceless!I thought he was short but the spot was extremely close - I figured they'd never overturn the call on the field.
What gets me the most is the double-standard on pass interference. OSU was bailed out when they called it on us (on 3rd down for them) on an uncatchable ball and bailed out when they didn't call it on them (on 3rd down for us) on a ball that was right in the numbers. The pass interference disparity was horses**t. If you're going to call it, call it both ways.
Ohio State not even playing for a Big 10 Championship....is Priceless ...LMAO againJimmy crying about it was priceless!
Go PSU LMAO againOhio State not even playing for a Big 10 Championship....is Priceless ...LMAO again
Starts with the HC crying about the refs. With forward progress the dude got the first down.
Michigan lost the game because they lost the turnover battle.
Stop blaming the refs. Sound like whining bitches.
This! I believe Michigan had 3 turnovers. That is the reason they lost. Not the refereesWith forward progress the dude got the first down.
