Using Intermat rankings now, purely because #1, most broadcasts use it, and #2, their UI is better. I generally agree with Flowrestling rankings more, but it’s easier and cleaner just to take Intermat’s. Soon I’ll write a quick script to extract all of these for me.

Couple solid match-ups, obviously headlined by reigning Olympic gold-medalist Gable Steveson vs. Mason Parris in a #1 vs. #2 showdown. Steveson is one of the best wrestlers on the planet, so even with this being #1 vs. #2, it feels closer to a #1 vs. #20 match-up with how elite Steveson is. On the opposite side of the weights, Michigan’s Nick Suriano has a top-ten match-up against #9 Patrick McKee.

Outside of those weights, there’s no real “great” match-up outside of Will Lewan taking on #4 Brayton Lee. Lewan has a way of sticking in close matches for better or for worse, so that’s another one to watch.

We’ve got this match-up on BTN at 7PM EST for those looking to watch live with me.

Projected line-up:
  • 125: #1 Nick Suriano vs. #9 Patrick McKee
  • 133: #8 Dylan Ragusin vs. #26 Jake Gliva
