This seems like Rich's MO either blow out your opponent or get blown out. I've never seen a mor Jekyll and Hyde coach that either delivers or fails magnificently

I have believed his entire coaching career that Rich is an OC and not a head coach. He has never understood the importance of the three phases of the game and that a head coach must also manage their coaching staff. Instead, he has always surrounded himself with ass kissers
