Would Harbaugh consider recruiting a great JC wide receiver?

I don't understand Michigan's reluctance to go after some of top JC players that the SEC and other
B1G schools go after. Admissions at Michigan certainly admits JC transfers on an undergraduate level. If there is a truly gifted wide receiver at a JC level with good grades, I hope Harbaugh competes for his services.
The thinking not to go after qualified JC athletes is antiquated. Purdue is a great academic school and they
recruit JC athletes. So do many of our B1G rivals. I say if we are going to compete, then compete with all the tools in the toolbox.
