Just a myriad of small things that are building up the failure. Is it as simple as replacing the head coach (which isn’t simple at all). Or does the program need a rebuild into a different culture/attitude. Or is it just not the right kids/fit for what we want. Or is it everything combined? I say new coach and staff and a new identity/ culture. But does that ever work? I hate watching the MSU and OSU games because we don’t seem To care about the rivalry games like we should like we trying to be fake tough. Then a game like yesterday the kids just seemed to be lackluster. So is the the kids that are being brought in just aren’t there yet?
