I saw where a lot of folks here thought we were going to get blown out by Wisconsin today. I did not, because I couldn’t see the logic in that. Our layoff just wasn’t long enough, in my opinion to expect a lot of rust or regression. All I can figure was that folks saw how MSU got blown out by Rutgers coming off their shutdown. Big mistake! We’re not Sparty. I fully expected a win, because 3 weeks is too short a time span for our guys to forget what has made this team great. I’m not saying I didn’t expect them to miss a beat. But, I fully expected them to make adjustments as needed throughout the game to address any significant problem areas. We can do that, whereas MSU is what it is. They’re a bad team.
