Paye and Hutch are hurt, Eubanks (and the TE group are not performing),Ross isn't exactly lighting the world on fire but is second on the team in tackles. Mason has 2 receptions for 17 yards and a TD with zero rushing yards (being totally underutilized IMO), Kemp has the second most tackles for loss and Vastardis (not sure what to add about him).
Injured, poor performance or otherwise, these guys need to step up and lead.
