when OSU HC Holtmann got his 2nd T and tossed with 1.4 seconds. He starts to head off the court as he's ragging on the refs. He stops and heads back to Izzo, they have a awkward "hug", Tommy has a few words (Yeah Coach, these refs suck! Wink. Wink), then off to the tunnel. I understand "sportsmanship" but how the hell do you deal with that crap.
Liddell is a physical player, an undersized 5 but Sparty's goonball play is a joke to the way the game is supposed to be played. I was worried in our game whether Dickinson would foul out when he picked up his 2nd just before half but JH played his "bigs" beautifully. HD has done a great job staying out of foul trouble all year. Davis and Johns did their job but the inside presence of Dickinson is a huge factor with our defense. It'll be interesting how this plays out vs MSU and the gooney squad.
