Was our last touchdown a legal play?

Specifically, was it a legal formation?

We had trips to the top and 3 in the backfield with Shea, Mason, and Gentry.

One receiver looked to be on the line and the other two looked to be clearly off. For as much as I've read about the officiating (missed the game in a golf outing) it appears we got a break on that play.
