Fort Brothers and Sisters, my wife and I are headed - somewhat spur of the moment - out to Colorado the week of 5/24 for about 5 days of much needed vacation. We will be in Avon, Colorado and will be traveling with our two small dogs. Really looking to relax and just do some walks with our dogs during the day. We are in our 50s and are not hikers so just looking for some decent length walks (an hour to 90 minutes) to enjoy nature. Also, would welcome any recommendations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner spots. We know really nothing about the area, so any suggestions are very much welcomed. Thank you in advance!
