Unfortunately I’m obsessed with Michigan football, therefore random thoughts about FB seem endless.
With that as a backdrop here are a couple of o derivations that came to me in the past couple of days:
1. If we are going to continue receiving the football on opening kickoffs, maybe we should consider a fair catch from time to time. I realize Ambry turned the ND game around, but the past two weeks we’ve started around our own 15 yard line on both opening kickoffs. Our strength is our defense, so why not consider field position?
2. Warning ... really random ... But, I thought O’Maury Samuels, though only getting two carries against Maryland, showed signs of real improvement.
