Wasn't sure Michigan was going to win this one going into the game, but I thought it would be a better showing than we saw.
My highlights of the night were the kick return by Thomas, finally seeing Oliver Martin catching the ball and the brief appearance by Dylan McCaffery.
Disappointed in the self inflicted mistakes including penalties, taking the delay of game and fielding a punt inside the five
Thought we ran inside well enough to do it more. Thought we forced the passing game too much. It seems like we don't know who we want to be offensively. And the line is still this team's weakness.
Biggest disappointment though was the defense. I expected offensively to have some growing pains still but the Irish exposed the defense tonight .And Michigan was too slow to adjust.
At least this was game one. There is time to make some adjustments and grow from this. Now we find out what type of coach we have.
