I hate losing to MSU as much as anyone, but as I see it . . .
1. The offense was really good. Cade was great. Andrel Anthony was a revelation.
2. The run defense, especially at the second and third level, left a lot to be desired.
3. Once the dust settles, the strong odds are Mel Tucker is coaching LSU next year, Kenneth Walker is in the NFL, and MSU is a 8-4 or 7-5 team in 2022.
4. We need big talent upgrades at LB.
5. I don’t get the logic of bringing JJ back after Cade was playing so well. Unless Cade was injured.
6. There’s a ton left to play for. I will wait to see how the season plays out before making any real judgments about JH. If we finish 10-2 with a bowl win, I’m good.
