This might not be popular here, but one thing that really got me thinking is Jim's Rockstar status when he was hired. Remember the rap video he made driving around in the corvette, smashing the nuts with a hammer, all the antics. Climbing trees, it goes on and on etc. The trip he took to Rome with team, meeting the Pope etc. It was a lot of hype, celebrity style hype! His Twitter page was a picture of him handing the Pope a UM helmet!

What I am getting at is this: Part of me thinks Jim came into this job expecting quicker results due to his name. A little piece of me thinks because he is Jim Harbaugh, the results would come and maybe the BIG wouldn't be as tuff. I am not saying he didn't know the challenge with OSU, but almost as though he thought he was like a God because of his name alone.

If you look at Meyer and OSU... and now Day, its all business. Meyer used to get VERY fired up on the sideline, and I neve saw antics like that, none of the stuff Harbaugh did like making dumb rap videos etc. To me, its almost as though Harbaugh is too comfortable at UM, he feels no pressure, and as many said its a like a comfortable cushy retirement.

Now, here we are six years later and that fire is totally gone, 3-3 vs MSU, about to be 0-6 vs OSU. You know what is crazy, I read this last night. Jim's record is 48-18 and he makes 8m a year. Po Pelini was also 48-18 and he got canned at Nebraska, think about that! I just think like many mentioned, that OSU loss crushed him, and his desire to care kind of went away. He's definitely not the same coach as 2015-2016, and I just see someone who does not really care at the end of the day, its like his passion is totally gone. Almost seems like he has one foot out the door, but is not eluding to it.

If you watch him now, he just goes threw the motions, both on the sideline and the pressers. Its been this way for a couple years now. If I am the AD, Don Brown is totally gone, end of story. He's schemes are literally failing players and the team, he's done. Jim IMO should have the end of the year. If we see another blowout loss to OSU, which is highly likely, then the AD needs to make a call what UM football means to the community and fanbase etc. Is he still OK paying someone 8M a year with the same record as Bo Pelini and gets crushed in rivalry games? That is not what Jim was hired to do here, and expectations are so low now, we are talking about **maybe** beating Indiana etc.

This staff has literally failed, there is no other way to put it. We are not even second in our own division anymore for one of the highest paid staffs in America. You just got your a$$ beat by a first your coach and JUCO players. There is no excuses anymore for Jim. His teams are not ready to play, and the same thing has been going on for 6 years. This should be his final test, and that should be it. Warde won't have the balls to do it, but if his name was not Jim Harbaugh, I'm afraid this candle would already be out!
