It's going to be very interesting to see what the conference and national reaction is if/when it becomes clear that OSU hired a private investigation firm to dig up dirt on our program.
Where does that fall into sportsmanship and conference etiquette (and I won't even get into the use of illegal means of obtaining information).
I feel quite comfortable saying that if we had hired PI firms from the moment Tressel arrived I'm not sure they would have even gotten to the Urban Meyer era and legacies would not be what they are now.
Coaches know this is a dumb game to play that is a recipe for mutual destruction. Yet its looking more and more like Charmin did exactly that.
Where does it go from there? Anywhere? There doesn't seem to be much uproar now, but when the news cycle doesn't have games and Harbaugh to bait clicks with, will this resurface in a big way? I'm not sure but I'm curious.
