We win every week because we physically dominate teams with inferior talent. We win in spite of our QB. I’ve said this for a year and I don’t care what names certain posters call me.
cade is not Michigan level talented. He is not big ten level. He is not power 5 level. That is reality. As we continue to play more talented teams, you can’t have a quarterback that is 0 threat to run, doesn’t have the arm to throw into tight coverage, and sits on one read every play.
this has to end. We can overpower 3/4 more teams on our schedule and probably get 7/8 wins with him: great. But there’s no excuse for him being the starting quarterback for UM in year 7 of JH.
This team is too good, and this year too important, to continue with a fringe MAC level QB. And there’s NO WAY anybody here, mods included, see any real future with him.
At least not a positive one for Michigan. Make the change: make it now.
