They're 28-44, but are probably the 6th or 7th best team in the east. At least since Smith left. A week ago I didn't want anything to do with Jackson, but now he's looking solid. Maybe we keep him, I don't know. With the cap going up, and FA talent not wanting to come to Detroit, maybe you have to overpay for a solid player. Monroe has to go though. Anthony Tolliver is not good, but the offense seems to work better with him starting the last week. Monroe just clogs up the middle and is slow as John Navarre. SVG needs a stretch 4 for his offense. I like Drummond, Jackson, SVG, Dinwiddie and Jennings. Everybody else can go. That's a decent young core, but they still need another big man, a SF, and another shooter. But at least we look like we are heading in the right direction. You couldn't say that the last 5 or 6 years.
