If he realizes his need for change and having to relinquish his control does he slowly wait as Pep goes through a job search like last year? I don’t like this idea as this would reduce the talent pool of OC’s available.
I don’t think JH getting a higher priced/younger new style OC rules him out of the playcalling completely. Urbs was an offensive guy but he seems to do well with his OC’s taking over and him getting involved when needed.
