First, I am happy win or lose. I will take a few losses for a Natty last year.
Now, I remember in 2019 and 2021, the hype Washington (2021) and ND (2019) had coming in. I don’t take hype to be serious, remember majority of sports media doesn’t like Michigan.
Next, Texas is good. And if we lose, then fine, but they are beatable. Lost both starters at RB, new WR, big but slow OL, etc. Plus if Ewers can’t RPO or PA pass, he becomes normal.
Last week I was frustrated with the offense but felt it was similar to the last few years. Davis Warren was good. WRs are young. The Don ran hard, but OL did not help.
Defense was good and #1 is a beast. They had rust but I feel like this defense has a chance of being better than last year’s defense.
If we lose, we’ll remember that Bama lost to Texas last year, where did they end up. Could sharpen steel for B1G schedule.
Anyway, I will be in Section 17 cheering them on and happy either way, remembering its been awhile 2019, since we walked out with a Loss at home. (I don’t count 2020, wasn’t there)
