Last Saturday morning on the BTN Tailgate pre-game show, Gerry DiNardo picked Wisconsin to beat Michigan and broadly suggested that our coaches do not stack up compared to coaches of better teams in the conference.

It was simply a continuation of his weekly drumbeat of Michigan criticism suggesting that Michigan may "blow out teams of lesser talent, but the Wolverines schemes and coaching do not match up versus teams of more similar talent".

Despite Dave Revsine (the BTN host) commenting that Gerry was selling MIchigan short, DiNardo has weekly demonstrated his anti-Michigan bias by picking the Wolverines 5th strongest (or worse) in his B1G power rankings while his BTN counterparts have picked UM higher, some as high as #1.

As the "expert" last night on BTN's Football and Beyond, DiNardo seemed to reluctantly admit that MIchigan had a good game versus the Badgers. Of course, he took it a step further, in an apparent attempt to diminish the Michigan win with some revisionist history on his part.

When he was asked last night about where Wisconsin goes from here, DiNardo stated that he knew that Wisconsin was overrated when he saw them in fall camp in August.

Of course, he had been picking the Badgers weekly to win the West Division.

So, I guess the Michigan win over the Badgers doesn't count. And so, the goal posts keep moving.
