Spike scored only 4 points in four games in Spain. Played only half of a game. Did ok they say, but Purdue is loaded. Freshman Carson Edwards from Dallas, Texas is a five star point guard the recruit for Purdue this season. He scored 15, 19, 20, and 25 in the games. Purdue won all in Spain winning 116-62 in the final game. They say Purdue has the best front line in college ball today. 7-2 Hass, 6-10 Swangan, 6-10 Edwards. All pro prospects. Carson Edwards gives them a guard they needed the last three seasons. Also Purdue guards have improved Cline a three point threat is much better point guard PJ Thompson is better and Mathais. They are ranked 15th in the pre poll and I say that is very low! In November they get off to a tough start playing Villanova at home then Louisville there, Arizona State home, and travel to Cancun Mexico for three games ; playing Utah State in the first and the possible Texas Tech and Alburn in the other two if they win.
