Peoples Jones commits a block in the back at the 12 yard line. If that's the end of it, it's a 10 yard penalty and the ball is spotted at the 22. But because Maryland committed a vicious cheap shot they are rewarded by having the play completely nullufied and the ball spotted back at the 43? I guess we should have declined the targeting penalty?
