This coming Sunday afternoon, Central Florida will present the BB team with something they have not seen the first three games. CF has played one game thus far.
Their first game U of Oklahoma was postponed. They defeated Auburn 65-58. A. Dawkins, who transferred from Michigan to play for his Dad, J Dawkins, at CF graduated last year.
Against Auburn, Central Florida's guards played the most minutes---36 min, 35, min, 24 min. With those minutes, during a lot of the game, CF must be utilizing a three guard line-up. These three guards were the scorers. What will be the defensive challenge for the UM guards is the three CF guards are 6'5. 6'4, 6'5 respectively. Brooks is 6'1, Smith is listed as 5"11, but looks shorter than that. Jackson is 6'5. CF forwards are about the same size as UM forwards. CF has two centers--7'1 and 6'11 but they were not a factor in the Auburn game. What will the UM defensive game plan be?
