Jim is staying! so we get on board for that! what does he change and who does he get. and lets not say dumb stuff like go pay Vendibles what every he wants to take over DC.lets be realistic?
I think Jim needs to get back JIM BALL ( this what I'm gonna call it from here on out) so
New: OC, DC let them come in and decide who to keep and who to cut loose. Assuming Jim explains what he wants to see and hires those guys!
I hope this is the route Jim goes and get good coaches that rucruit like crazy also.
.I honestly don't follow O and D guys enough to offer any candidates that would leave their school or should be promoted fro position coaches at a place like UM but I'm sure many of you guys do so GO!!
