Posted about this on another thread yesterday too but if you see what Seldon Sr just posted about why his son is not in the game, it's likely a sentiment that will keep us from getting great DB recruits. I will say if I was a DB in HS and I see Gray out there in the game making mistake after mistake after mistake and still continuing to get playing time (despite how much we recruit that position) I would not even consider Michigan. It would tell me that no matter how you perform on the field, you get to play once you are "tenured" which is the polar opposite of the "meritocracy" word that JH loves to throw around in every other sentence.
