Seattle Advice

Taking my 17 year old daughter and wife to Seattle on Saturday for a long weekend to tour UW. (Go Huskies I guess?) We are staying downtown and will have a few days to explore. I’ve done some research but would appreciate any suggestions on must do’s or hidden gems. Also any cool restuarants (both the Shroom women are vegetarians) we should try? Not price sensitive, but interested in a casual atmosphere (perhaps where the UM vs Wisco game is on in the background. )
