Question for all: If during spring ball

CFB began having scrimmage partners for a spring game. WHO would everyone think Michigan could partner with for a spring game scrimmage? Would we go with another D-1 program? Or an FCS program. Neither program will show much of anything. But, to get some live action against other bodies. Just a thought.
