I know former Chicago Tribune B1G football writer Teddy Greenstein isn't a big favorite of Michigan fans because he once said he didn't like Jim Harbaugh.
(He's a good friend of mine, and I can tell you he really doesn't dislike Jim - he just sees him as a fun anti-hero, like John McEnroe was as a tennis player.)
I just finished reading his book, "Quarterback Dads", and it's really a great read and will whet your appetite for college football season.
Lots of good stuff in there about JJ McCarthy (who he's a huge fan of - Teddy interviewed him a couple of times during his HS years and was blown away.). Also some enlightening stuff on Bryce Underwood, as well.
