good systems coach but just a quick warning if interested.

How do I put this...the guy loses rivalry games. So if beating your rival is important you may want to factor that into your thought process. If I just take his games vs. OSU, ASU and Pitt and leave off MSU to keep only rivalry games to 1 per year...he has lost his last 8.

That is 8 in a row. So this is for you VA Tech. RR is entertaining as hell. Don't dislike the guy just pointing out the facts.

Plus, when it doesn't work out, he will point fingers and make excuses. He's not big on owning his mistakes.
I see he held his rival to 52 yesterday, so that's pretty good. I assume the plan was to win 55-52.
It doesn't get fixed overnight...
