Balas still sticking with “the longer this goes” the more likely Harbaugh walks. It’s interesting because the Harbaugh insider guys are saying it’s done. I believe they are both hearing legit info. Here’s what I think is going on: Harbaugh and Warde have agreed to terms for the most part on his deal. Harbaugh has not signed and won’t until he gets the staff in place that he wants. Once he does then he will sign. If he doesn’t get what he wants for his staff he still has the threat of walking. Will Warde let him spend the money to essentially pay 2 OCs 1 million dollars if the rumors are true he’s bringing Moorhead and keeping Gattis? That might be a sticking point amongst other buy outs/staff hires. Etc.
